We will LASER SCAN it and effectively produce an extremely accurate CAD file.
This CAD file can then be used immediately for your own in house process or by us, to produce high quality laser cut components which exactly match your original.
Our recently purchased laser measurement system allows us to carry out first off, in process and final component inspection to new levels of accuracy.
A full dimensional report can then be supplied with almost any component, to assist with your production control and quality management procedures.

Our in house vibratory finishing and graining equipment is able to satisfy most requirements, from component smoothing through to applying a grained finish where cosmetic considerations are paramount.
